	ANYTHING GOES 1998, Hager    35"(EM)  Standards are rosy pink. Falls are deeper rose with veining from throat 2/3rds down the petals with tangerine beards. This iris was given HM in 2000.
	APLOMB 1992, Ghio    40"(ML)  Standards are mulberry plum. Falls are deep mulberry plum with deeper shoulders and brick red beards. Heavily ruffled. Re-bloomer. This iris was given HM in 1994 and AM in 1998.
	APOLLO ONE 1997, Sutton    34"(EM)  Standards are white edged spirea red. Falls are white striped and edged spirea red with bronze gold burgundy beards and spirea red horns. Re-bloomer. This iris was given HM in 2000.
	APPARENT SECRET 2001, Innerst    36"(ML) Standards are medium yellow. Falls are fancy patterned with various shades of purple, 1/4" yellow rims and lemon beards.
	APPLAUSE LINE 2005, Ghio 34"(M-L) Standards are white.  Falls are flared black purple with white to violet edges, and tangerine beards.
	APPLE BLOSSOM DAYS 1992, Hamner    35"(M) Standards are peach pink. Falls are the same with a pink tone wash over the centers with coral pink beards. Laced.
	APRICOT FROSTY 1992, Niswonger    BB 23"(M) Standards are white. Falls are a deep apricot with apricot beards.  This iris was given HM in 1994 and AM in 1996.
	ARCTIC BURST 2008, Duncan    33"(M)   Standards are cold white.  Falls are cold white with canary yellow shoulders, lower 2/3 speckled and sometimes lined bishops violet with tangerine orange beards. This iris was given HM in 2010 and AM in 2012.
	ARCTIC FOX 1998, Wood    32"(ML) Standards and falls are white with very dark burnt red beards.
	ARE WE IN LOVE 2012, Blyth  37" (M)  Standards peach to peach-pink; Falls soft pastel pink, blend/area of lines in center, ruffled; beards tangerine red; slight sweet fragrance.
	ARISTOCRACY 2006, Keppel 37"(L)  Standards and falls are heavily ruffled royal purple with blue haze around the beards.
	ARIZONA SANDSTONE 1999, Taylor 36"(M) Standard and falls are a rusty red with brick red beards.
	ARMS WIDE OPEN 2001, Lauer   35"(M) Standards and falls are cornflower blue with a lighter area near the blue beards and white to yellow throat with blue horns.

	ART DECO 1997, Schreiner's   33"(VE) Standards are dark blue violet with white center marks. Falls are white stitched with dark blue violet edges and yellow blue beards. This iris was given HM in 1999.
	ART NOUVEAU 1992, Messick    37"(M)  It is a deep rose pink heavily ruffled with a lighter area around the self tipped white beards. This iris was given HM in 1994.
	ART SCHOOL ANGEL 1989, Vizvarie    32" (M) Standards and falls are heavily ruffled white with a slight blue cast in the center of the falls.  Yellow beards tipped orange, blue antlered type flounce or 1" white flounce with slight sweet fragrance.
	ART SHOW 1990, Keppel    34"(M) Standards are maize blended peach beige. Falls are cordovan with a maize edge and mikado beards.
	ARTHOUSE 2009, Blyth   35" (M) Standards are icy blue, deepening slightly at the midribs.  Falls are icy blue with an overlay of deeper blue-lavender that merges to a soft plum brown towards fall edges.  Beards are rich burnt orange.  Very ruffled and wide.
